• Proficiency in modern AI/ML frameworks, LLM technologies, and automation pipelines 最新のAI/MLフレームワークやLLM技術に精通している方

Responsibilities / 主な業務内容

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions チーム運営を最適化するためのAI/MLソリューションを設計・開発・導入
• Implement automation solutions leveraging LLM models 内部ツールを活用した自動化ソリューションの実装
• Apply MCP concepts in practical projects MCP概念を実際のプロジェクトに適用し、堅牢で拡張可能な実装を実現
• Stay updated on the latest AI tools, frameworks, and trends 最新のAIツールやトレンドを常に把握し、業務効率を向上
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams クロスファンクショナルチームと協力し、既存ワークフローにAI最適化を統合

Minimum Qualifications / 応募資格

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics または同等の実務経験
• 4+ years of experience in Go, Python, or similar languages
• Hands-on AI/ML engineering experience 実務でのAI/MLエンジニアリング経験
• Intermediate to advanced expertise in public cloud (AWS preferred), Kubernetes, Terraform クラウド技術やIaCの経験
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 優れたコミュニケーション能力
• Proven track record of both independent and collaborative impact 独立してもチームでも成果を出せる方
