We are currently seeking an AI & ML Senior Project Manager to take the lead on projects aimed at developing cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions across various sectors, including Fintech, Smart Energy, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI and ML projects, ensuring they meet both client specifications and HYPERTECH standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement advanced AI and ML algorithms and models.
• Engage in presales activities, developing proposals and presentations that showcase our capabilities in AI and ML.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing strategic insights into AI solutions that address their specific needs.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and ML to drive innovation within projects.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the organization to enhance R&D initiatives.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within AI, ML, or related fields.
• Advanced degree (Ph.D. or MSc) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, delivering them on time and within scope.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication abilities in English and Greek, with the capability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive attitude and a passion for technology and innovation.
