AI-Native Software Tester, based in Da Nang
We are looking for AI-Native Testers who combine strong testing discipline with the ability to leverage AI tools to dramatically accelerate testing work.
This role prioritizes deep testing thinking and exploratory testing, enhanced by AI - rather than traditional automation-heavy QA.
You will work in the Innovation Center, experimenting with modern AI tools and helping shape next-generation testing practices with responsibilities below:
Design test scenarios and edge cases for new systems and features
Perform exploratory and scenario-based testing
Use AI tools to generate test cases and accelerate testing work
Identify high-risk defects and quality gaps
Collaborate with engineers to improve product reliability and testability
Qualifications
Strong experience in manual testing
Good understanding of testing processes and QA best practices
Experience working in disciplined QA environments
Comfortable using AI tools to support daily work
Automation knowledge is a plus but not required.
Nice to have:
Have strong testing intuition
Can quickly identify edge cases and product risks
Use AI tools to improve productivity
Are curious about new testing approaches
