About the role:
As the AI Operations Manager for this team, you will be challenged to manage and grow a team of editors who are responsible for ensuring that all of our images that are created through collaborative AI meet our high standards. Your impact on ensuring that our customers receive vibrant, standout images, giving them an incredible experience, will be the lifeblood that powers Snappr’s explosive growth and enables our clients to meet all of their visual content needs worldwide.
What you’ll do:
Lead and grow a team of high-performing editorsUtilize data to understand editor behavior and areas for improvement in our editing processMaximize editor productivity with a mix of training and tool-buildingWork closely with the product and operations team to launch and operationalize new products from scratchUnderstand the vision and strategy for your team and get all members pumped and aligned to power Snappr's growthDevelop & optimize processes by breaking projects into actionable steps with aggressive timelines for completionHustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done
What you’ll need:
7+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing large teams (50+ employees).Experience in using analytics tools to drive insights and decision-making.Extensive experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and operational strategy.Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling operational initiatives.Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring both high-level alignment and on-the-ground success.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, and Design teams.Passion for AI, digital content, and operational excellence.Should be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas.
