AI Product Manager

What You’ll Do

• Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Conduct market research, user analysis, and competitive landscape analysis for the AI agent product to define a clear product positioning and growth strategy.

  • Plan and manage the product roadmap, defining core objectives, feature priorities, and delivery timelines for each phase.

  • Collaborate closely with management, engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between the product vision and business goals.

• Product Design & Development

  • Design high-quality product solutions and write user stories based on a deep understanding of user needs and application scenarios.

  • Work with designers and engineers to create intuitive, efficient, and engaging user experiences and product features.

  • Lead the entire product development lifecycle, including requirement reviews, development tracking, testing, and release, to ensure high-quality product delivery.

• Data-Driven Optimization

  • Establish a monitoring system for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and user behavior through data analysis.

  • Utilize A/B testing and user feedback to continuously iterate and optimize product features, enhancing user satisfaction and core business metrics.

  • Stay current with industry trends, especially the latest advancements in large language models and AI agents, and transform them into opportunities for product innovation.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field.

• 3+ years of product management experience in the internet or software industry, with a proven track record of building products from scratch (0 to 1) being a strong plus.

• A strong technical background with a solid understanding of AI Agent workflows.

• Exceptional logical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and propose innovative solutions.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills to effectively drive cross-functional teams toward common goals.

• Prior experience in product design or software development is a plus.
