AI Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager – AI to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic AI/ML-driven products. This role requires a strong balance of customer empathy, business acumen, and technical understanding to define product vision, drive execution, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

The Senior Product Manager will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, AI teams, and Leadership to build products that solve real customer problems and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI/ML products, from discovery and strategy through launch and continuous improvement
• Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Translate customer needs, market insights, and business requirements into well-defined product requirements and user stories
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, Design, and Analytics teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
• Make informed trade-off decisions balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact
• Define success metrics, track product performance, and use data-driven insights to iterate and optimize outcomes
• Partner with stakeholders and leadership to align priorities, manage expectations, and drive execution
• Stay current on AI/ML trends, technologies, and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on AI/ML or data-driven products
• Proven experience managing complex products in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and model lifecycle (training, deployment, monitoring)
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into clear business and customer value
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a results-driven approach.
