AI Solutions Lead
We are looking for a highly technical, hands-on leader to step into a Deputy AI Practice Lead role within our Office of the CTO (OCTO). Working under our Global Head of AI, you will architect and deliver our next generation of AI Solutions, IP, and Service Offerings.
Initially, your focus will be dedicated to driving internal change and technical delivery of our AI assets - building the tools and IP that scale our practice. Over time, this role will grow into a broader client facing solutions role.
You will own the creation of our AI IP and internal accelerators, while acting as the technical authority and mentor for our engineering hub in Zagreb to ensure local delivery aligns with our global technical and consulting standards.
The Role
Build, productionize and ensure global adoption of our growing roadmap of internally and externally facing AI solutions, agents, IP, and products.
Build out the core intellectual property, delivery frameworks, and reusable code templates that solidify our position as industry leaders.
Define how we adopt, build with, and go to market with the latest Google AI product releases.
In time, work with the Head of AI and OCTO leadership to define the long-term AI strategy of the whole business, aligning AI technical capabilities to company strategic goals.
In time, work with the Head of AI to create service offerings and associated technical architectures, such as developing a comprehensive "AgentOps Platform" technical framework, architecture and pitch deck. Coach the wider engineering and sales team on how to pitch and implement these offerings.
Collaborate with the Talent team to support the growth of the Machine Learning Engineering team in the region (e.g. interviewing key hires).
Establish an engineering culture of excellence, curiosity, and rapid learning. Help mentor and coach the Machine Learning Engineering team in the region, aligning them to global technical and consulting standards (code reviews, technical guidance).
While starting with a heavy internal focus, you will gradually partner with the sales team to support presales engagements, and with the engineering team to guide technical delivery on client projects.

+ Experience building and leading multidisciplinary AI teams, including engineers and data scientists
