AI Strategy Lead
G MASS are partnering with a global organisation to appoint an AI-focused consultant within a strategic technology function. This role will work closely with both business and technical teams to identify opportunities for intelligent automation and advanced analytics, turning requirements into scalable, real-world solutions.
The successful individual will play a key part in promoting the effective use of AI, helping teams understand, adopt, and integrate these capabilities into day-to-day operations. This is a contract engagement within a forward-looking, transformation-driven environment.
Please note this role will require relocation to Dublin, with occasional travel to Cork.
Responsibilities
- Advise business stakeholders on AI opportunities, assessing and prioritising use cases based on value and feasibility, while aligning with wider technology strategy
- Partner with architecture and delivery teams to shape scalable AI solutions, ensuring adherence to governance standards and promoting reusable design approaches
- Drive AI adoption across the organisation through stakeholder engagement, workshops, and ongoing education on capabilities and best practice
- Act as a central point of coordination between business and technology teams, ensuring clear communication, aligned expectations, and smooth delivery
- Contribute to the evolution of AI strategy by tracking market developments, identifying new opportunities, and sharing insights across the organisation
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in technology consulting, with a focus on AI and machine learning solutions
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI solutions within complex, enterprise environments
- Prior exposure to financial services is beneficial
- Academic background in Computer Science, AI, or a related discipline preferred
