In this role, you will be the essential point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, providing crucial technical support for our diverse range of products and services.

As a Front Office Technical Support Specialist, your direct communication with clients will help resolve technical inquiries and enhance their overall experience with our services. Your proficiency in Dutch is vital to uphold our commitment to excellent client support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical assistance to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat channels
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to both hardware and software
• Document interactions and solutions clearly in our support database
• Guide clients on best practices and the effective use of our products
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and address more complex issues
• Engage in continuous learning to improve your knowledge and support techniques
• Collect feedback from clients to contribute to our service enhancement initiatives

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• In possession of AMKA and AFM
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in technical support or customer service is a plus
• Proficient in troubleshooting a variety of technical issues
• Familiarity with support ticketing systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively from a home office
