Job Title: Amazon Customer Service Representative (CSR)
We are looking for an Amazon Customer Service Representative with a strong background and knowledge of Amazon Seller Central to support daily account operations and customer communications.
Schedule: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm EST
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer emails and messages through Amazon Seller Central
- Handle basic customer service inquiries related to orders, returns, and general concerns
- Run, download, and upload reports from Amazon Seller Central
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely responses
- Assist with general Amazon account support tasks as needed
Requirements
- Background or working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
- Strong written English communication skills
- Strong data entry skills.
- Comfortable running and handling reports
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines
