Job Title: Amazon PPC Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for an analytical and results-driven Amazon PPC Manager to take full ownership of our advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon’s advertising ecosystem (Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Amazon DSP) and proven experience in optimizing PPC campaigns to drive sales, profitability, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
  • Conduct keyword research and manage keyword bids to maximize ROAS and minimize ACoS.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and create detailed reports with actionable insights.
  • Monitor and adjust budgets, targeting, and ad placements to achieve performance goals.
  • Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure ads align with brand messaging and promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon advertising trends, new features, and algorithm changes.
  • Audit and refine campaign structures for efficiency and scalability.
  • Track competitor ads and market trends to identify new opportunities.

KPIs / Success Metrics

  • Reduced ACoS and improved ROAS across campaigns.
  • Increased sales velocity through targeted ad spend.
  • Improved conversion rate and CTR.
  • Consistent achievement of campaign profitability goals.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising Console.
  • Proven track record of improving campaign performance (ACoS, CTR, CVR).
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, or Pacvue is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SEO and listing optimization.
  • Experience with DSP and external traffic sources (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) is advantageous.
