You will be:
Identifying client needs and challenges and proposing viable solutions that utilize Appian software and/or other low-code platforms.
Collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements, subsequently translating these requirements into a technical brief and level-setting the client's expectations.
Working closely with the IT team to pin-point any potential issues that could impede the implementation of the solutions proposed and to ensure the seamless integration of new software with existing systems.
Guiding clients through their digital transformation by providing expert advice on how to best use Appian solutions and cloud services to achieve their business goals.
Constantly staying up-to-date on industry trends, innovations in low-code technology, and developments in cloud services to ensure our clients receive the best advice and most currently effective solutions.
Utilizing your exceptional presentation skills to communicate complex technical concepts in understandable, client-friendly language.
