Application Production Support

As an Application Production Support, you will play a key role in managing incidents, service requests, and infrastructure maintenance activities within a 24/7 production support environment. You will work collaboratively in a shift-based team to ensure service quality and availability.       

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incidents, service requests, and infrastructure maintenance tasks
• Review and create application support knowledge articles
• Ensure production deliverables align with standards and best practices
• Support batch processing and resolve production incidents
• Analyze system logs to identify infrastructure and application issues
• Monitor services, manage alerts, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and application support
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Server Administration
• Knowledge of Middleware technologies (e.g., WAS, Tomcat)
• Proficiency in UNIX shell scripting, PowerShell, or Python for automation
• Basic knowledge of Autosys (job creation and modification)
• Strong understanding of batch processing and scheduling tools
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and ITIL practices
• Good communication skills in English (oral & written)
