Are you ready to discover the role of an Application Support Agent Senior  in Netcompany?

As an Application Support Agent Senior , you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for end users regarding application-related questions and issues.
  • Manage and ensure clear and effective communication with end users.
  • Provide support services to all stakeholders in line with ITIL best practices, including handling and documenting requests.
  • Monitor, follow up on, and coordinate the resolution of incidents and tickets with the IT teams.
  • Maintain and regularly update user documentation, including manuals, FAQs, wikis, and information dashboards.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to review operations, performance, and objectives.
  • Ensure operational continuity by following policies and procedures, and reporting any required improvements.
  • Contribute to overall team performance by supporting shared objectives and deliverables.
  • Analyse issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate development teams.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with ticketing systems and SQL, including a strong understanding of database principles and hands-on use of MySQL or Oracle SQL Developer.
  • Good knowledge of relational DBMS, particularly Oracle, including querying and data structures.
  • Proven experience using web-based tools in a professional IT or support environment.
  • Experience working in an ITIL-based service support environment.
  • Knowledge or hands-on experience with ServiceNow ticketing or CRM environments; Jira is considered an asset.
  • Understanding of system interoperability, including web services (REST, SOAP) and workflow-based architectures.
  • Very good oral and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and learning abilities, with a structured approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment, demonstrating strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; knowledge of European HR rules is a plus.
