Global Pacific Support is seeking talented Appointment Setters to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for reaching out, engaging prospects, and scheduling appointments with our sales or service team.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, can work efficiently under pressure, and demonstrates strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required, as you will be communicating with a diverse client base.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or in a similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent English and Spanish communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism at all times
  • Reliable internet connection (at least 25 Mbps)
  • Functional laptop or desktop computer with webcam and noise-cancelling headset
  • Quiet and distraction-free home workspace
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
