***This is a full-time in-office position
- Works under direct supervision of the Project Architect and Project Manager to perform hands-on production tasks, ensuring high-quality output
- Performs Revit modeling and detailing with the team
- Assists in feasibility studies, narratives, reports, drawings, and documents production at all stages of design and construction
- May require travel for project-related activities
- Coordinates the work with other junior professionals and consultants
- Exercises independent judgment in evaluating, selecting, and using standard techniques, solving problems as they arise, and receives guidance on projects
- Competent in general conventional aspects of architecture
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in architecture or a related field
- 1-3 years of working experience in architectural office
- Knowledge of drafting principles, techniques and procedures
- Proficiency in Revit required - AutoCAD preferred
- Working towards AXP and licensure preferred
- Ability to draft plans and drawings from Architect provided markups
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Proficient with Adobe Suite products – Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Proficient interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and functional team members
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability to organize and manage your own work
- Able to deliver results and valuable outputs within tight deadlines
Additional Information
Proposed Salary: $45 - 60k annual
