Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement area sales plans in line with company objectives

  • Achieve volume, value, and distribution targets within the assigned territory

  • Supervise, coach, and motivate Sales Representatives and field sales teams

  • Manage distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts

  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards

  • Monitor sales performance and submit regular reports and forecasts

  • Execute trade promotions, product launches, and market activations

  • Track competitor activities and market trends

  • Enforce pricing, credit, and company sales policies

  • Maintain strong relationships with key trade partners

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum of 10 years of sales in FMCG and at least 5 years in the sale of oil, seasoning cubes.

  • Strong knowledge and experience of the local markets.
