What you will do
As an Assistant Accountant in the Finance team, you will support daily accounting and administrative processes, contributing to the smooth functioning of the department.
- Assist with client invoicing preparation and ensure documentation is accurate and complete
- Help track payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and update internal records
- Assist with expense reporting and compliance checks
- Support monthly closing activities such as reconciliations and data verification
- Help maintain organised and accurate financial files and documentation
Who you are
- You pay strong attention to detail and are committed to accuracy
- You have good organisational skills and can manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- You are a team player with a proactive, hands-on mindset
- You are eager to learn about finance operations in a consultancy environment
- You are comfortable working with numbers and administrative processes
- You have good interpersonal skills and can communicate clearly in English
- You have a working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (basic formulas, data entry, organisation)
- Previous exposure to finance, accounting, or business administration is an asset but not required
