Responsibilities
Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
Liaise with China-based business contacts and partners
Manage calendars and scheduling
Assist with email correspondence and translation
Conduct research and support event logistics
Requirements
2+ years as an executive or virtual assistant, ideally with international clients
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Proficient with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Able to work independently, handle shifting priorities, and maintain confidentiality
