We’re on the hunt for our next Assistant Manager to help keep the Tower Hotel buzzing and loved by the locals.
Established in 1840, the Tower Hotel is a historic Magill landmark nestled in the Adelaide foothills. Following a major renovation, we offer a high-volume Bistro, a lively Ale House, a premium gaming room, and a unique kids' cinema. We are seeking a community-minded hospitality leader to join our team in delivering a relaxed, "home away from home" experience in one of the East's most iconic buildings.
A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
