Assistant Nurse with DHA for Homecare

Ontime Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Assistant Nurse with DHA certification to join our Homecare team. In this position, you will provide essential nursing support to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive high-quality care tailored to their individual needs. Your role will be critical in enhancing the comfort and well-being of our patients while collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Registered Nurses in providing direct patient care, including personal hygiene, grooming, and daily living assistance
• Measure and record patients' vital signs, promptly reporting any significant changes to healthcare professionals
• Support patients with mobility, ensuring a safe environment during care activities
• Administer medication reminders and assist with adherence to treatment plans
• Educate patients and their families regarding health practices and care plans
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow established healthcare protocols
• Contribute to a clean and safe environment by following infection control measures

Requirements

• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) certification as an Assistant Nurse
• Experience in homecare or similar healthcare settings is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic and patient-centered approach to nursing care
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Basic understanding of nursing principles and patient care standards
• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet patient needs
