Kickstart a meaningful career in market research and data. Learn, grow, and build long‑term.

Euromonitor’s Catalyst team is hiring a junior Data Analyst in Bangalore. If you're passionate about data, eager to learn, and looking for stable growth, this role is for you. Help us turn complex data into clarity.

The Team

Catalyst is one of Euromonitor’s centres for data innovation and scalable solutions. We help organisations unlock the value of data—making insights accessible, actionable, and impactful. Our work spans dynamic market sizing, digital analytics, data visualisation, web scraping, process automation, and more.

As part of the global Foundational Data Group, you’ll join teams across Analytics, Consumer Insights, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Economies & Consumer Analytics. We share one mission: turning complex datasets and methods into smarter decisions for clients.

The Opportunity

As an Associate Data Analyst you will combine multiple sources (internal and external), clean and validate datasets, and deliver concise, well‑written insights for clients across industries.

This role is designed for someone serious about building a long-term career in market research data. If you want depth, mentorship, and real project ownership—not a quick stepping stone—this could be your place.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience across industries (FMCG, consumer finance, government bodies, trade associations, etc.) and geographies. You’ll develop core research and analytics skills while collaborating with experienced analysts across the world.

This is a two‑way investment. We invest heavily in our people through training, coaching, and real responsibilities. In return, we expect commitment, curiosity, and a growth mindset.
