About the Role:

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a strategic and experienced Associate Director - Compliance, Audit, Learning and Development. In this key role, you will oversee compliance and audit functions while also developing robust learning and development programs that align with our organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

You will lead a team tasked with ensuring compliance with legal standards, conducting internal audits, and driving continuous improvement in our learning and development initiatives. Your leadership will be critical in fostering a culture of accountability, training, and adherence to best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards across all operations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of organizational practices to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
  • Manage risk assessments and compliance monitoring to proactively mitigate issues and ensure accountability.
  • Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on compliance and audit findings for executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement through mentoring and coaching staff on compliance matters.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adjust practices and ensure compliance effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Compliance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in compliance, audit, or learning and development roles, preferably in large-scale organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance best practices.
  • Experience in conducting audits and implementing compliance programs and improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training and development programs.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience with a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of integrity.
