About Carvana
At Carvana, we sell cars—but we’re not car salesmen. Our promise is simple: we won’t sell a car to a customer that we wouldn’t sell to our own mom. Period. That’s why every vehicle goes through Carvana’s process, where it’s inspected, perfected, and prepared to meet our high standards before it ever reaches you. And now, we’re bringing those same values to our new car dealerships—delivering quality, trust, and care you’d be proud to share with Mom.
We strive to provide only the highest quality vehicles to our customers in our mission to deliver a no-hassle, better car buying experience. We are actively looking for passionate and talented individuals who can help us deliver on that promise.

About the team and position
The Associate Director, Dealership Strategy & Operations is the business owner for our Dealership Operations business, with a focus on Fixed Operations (Service), facility performance, and Stellantis partnership management.
As a leader you are accountable for driving service & parts demand, optimizing throughput and profitability, ensuring best-in-class customer experience, and maintaining Stellantis compliance across facilities. You will set the strategy, define the initiative roadmap, and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable results across revenue, margin, speed, quality, and compliance.
This role requires a hybrid operator–strategist: someone who can define the “what and why,” align stakeholders around the “how,” and drive disciplined execution to outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
- Own Fixed Operations P&L performance (revenue, labor efficiency, parts margin, warranty recovery, etc.) while partnering with Dealership Operations to implement scalable playbooks and drive improvements in NPS and technician productivity.
- Define and execute the demand generation strategy for the service drive, including targeted campaigns (maintenance intervals, recalls, Mopar promotions, retention outreach), pricing strategies aligned with Stellantis programs, and volume forecasting models that align technician capacity and parts inventory with demand.
- Understand the business to identify opportunities for improvement via technology, process, or system enhancements. Build models, perform cost-benefit analyses, and provide well-researched recommendations.
- Engage with internal business partners to align priorities and develop a multi quarter strategic roadmap.
- Partner with Product and Analytics teams to design tools and dashboards that optimize performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Stellantis Fixed Ops and Mopar—managing warranty programs, recall execution, service audits, and OEM performance reviews—while ensuring full compliance, maximizing incentive program participation, and proactively
- Oversee the management of dealership assets, vendor performance, and compliance audits to ensure a customer-ready and safe environment.
- Mentor and develop others fostering a culture of continuous improvement and analytical rigor.
- Own the organization and reporting of key department data, ensuring financial accuracy and audit readiness across all locations.
What you should have
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, analytics, or a related field
- 7+ years of work experience in analytics, consulting, operations, startups, or similar roles
- A self-starter and owner mentality - you can lead “first time” assignments with no playbook from initial question development to rollout
- A proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive projects. You are known as someone who gets stuff done
- Proven analytical skills (SQL, Tableau). Comfortable leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis, research, and day-to-day problem-solving
- Excellent ability to collaborate and apply a cross-functional mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Driven by working hard, being challenged in a fast-paced environment, and having fun while doing so
