Key responsibilities:
Translating business needs into strategic and executable staffing plans for one large/ complex or multiple business segments or sub-segments/ functionsEstablishing credible, well respected long-term partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholdersProviding strategic direction and consulting to the business regarding talent marketplace trends, competitive intelligence, industry knowledge and recruiting trendsRoutinely partnering with sourcing for advancing and executing sourcing and networking plans aligned to business deliverables as well as managing advanced searches or projects by self with project management methodology inclusive of recapping strategy meetings and developing search plans.Leveraging advanced talent profiles, behavioral interviewing, and assessments and data insights for aiding in informed talent decisionsNegotiate offers and communicate important employment information to candidates; follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruitment.Effectively articulating the business case for diversity and being able to drive and influence a diverse slate.Leading and executing recruitment strategies independently with key partners for specified roles, multiple needs, and/or opportunistic talentCoaching new hiring managers on recruitment process, their specific roles and responsibilities and experience/ deliverables expectationsParticipating in or leading work streams responsible for designing solutions for multiple sites and segments, multiple LOB’s, businesses in various geographic regions or enterprise wide (Ex: building talent communities, leading efforts to represent the company at conferences, networking events & talent days, TA marketing plans/projects)Providing Talent Acquisition expertise during times of organizational change and redesignLeveraging advanced data and analytics for workforce plans to drive business insights and exhibits capability to ‘tell the story’ found within the dataLeading a team of recruiters and coordinators, directly or indirectly
Performance Measures:
Design and delivery on the talent acquisition agenda for the yearTalent acquisition metrics on quality, quantity, diversity, costs, SLA and experience, that will be set along with goals for the year.
Qualification and experience:
Postgraduate or graduate in HR or Psychology preferred.10+ years of experience as a talent acquisition expert with prior experience of managing teams.Demonstrated experience in providing strategic direction and consulting to business regarding talent marketplace trends, competitive intelligence, and recruiting trends.Working experience in advanced sourcing, behavioral interviewing, and assessments; and offer making process, particularly with mid to senior candidatesExperience of advanced hiring practices, social media, networking and TA tools and systemsExperience in designing innovative recruitment strategies aligned to current or forecasted talent for specified roles, multiple needs, and/or opportunistic talent
