• Configure/Upgrade Nextgen Enterprise solution along with client specific components involved in upgrade.
• Conduct consulting sessions (on the phone and in-person) to ensure technical readiness of the solution/upgrade for production
• Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables.
• Ensure infrastructure meets technical specifications and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Degree
Experience:
• Experience in Healthcare IT
• Experience in Enterprise EHR Upgrades
Must Have:
• Experience in performing Enterprise upgrades with Allscripts/Cerner EHR Accounts
• Ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage priorities.
• Experience with MS-SQL , Win Admin, Networking
• T-SQL, Query Analyzer knowledge
• Knowledge of writing / debugging stored procedures
• Troubleshooting T-SQL code
Good to have:
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge/Experience of NextGen Enterprise EHR
• Ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage priorities.
• Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
