What you need

Basic understanding of telecom network architecture (e.g., 2G,3G,LTE/5G,ORAN, Core)

Knowledge of network monitoring tools and troubleshooting procedures

Familiarity with IP networking concepts (IP address, ping, traceroute, etc.)

Knowledge of Linux commands

Good communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

What you will do:

Responsible for 24/7 Network monitoring, rotating shift basis

Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues

Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for escalations and complex problem resolution

Perform 1st level of analysis

Deliver daily, weekly and monthly KPI reporting
