This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. The Founder's Office Associate is a high-trust, high-ownership position designed to multiply the effectiveness of our CEO and COO. While you'll deliver best-in-class executive support, the role is intentionally up-leveled to function as an entry-level Chief of Staff - driving operating rhythm, cross-functional follow-through, and project leadership across priority initiatives.
Think of it as an operator-in-training mandate: you'll get front-row exposure to company strategy, execution tradeoffs, and leadership decision-making—while building the skills to grow into BizOps, Strategy, or Chief of Staff roles.
