Associate Principal Engineer, CRM Salesforce (Health Cloud)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total Experience 10+ years
• Strong experience in Salesforce development, customization, and architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Health Cloud.
• Expert-level skills in Apex (Triggers, APIs, Web Services), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Customization and SLDS.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration including Flows, Workflows, Approvals, and Automation.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing integrations using REST, SOAP, and OAuth 2.0.
• Broad understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud data models and system architecture.
• Experience with AppExchange managed packages, deployment, and Salesforce security review processes.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and XML, and their application in CRM solution development.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce modules and how they integrate into enterprise-wide solutions
• Experience implementing new Salesforce orgs and delivering end-to-end Salesforce projects
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code
• Lead and independently own end-to-end Salesforce implementations with a focus on Sales Cloud and Health Cloud, including requirement analysis, architecture design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Evaluate and analyze multiple architectural and technical solution options, recommending the most effective approach aligned with business and system needs.
• Design and implement solutions using Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality and custom development (Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce) as needed.
• Develop and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC) and user interfaces using Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
• Architect and implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and OAuth 2.0.
• Configure and manage Salesforce automation including Flows, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, Alerts, and Actions.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices related to Apex triggers, APIs, security, performance, and scalability.
• Lead deployment and release activities including new org setup, configuration, code deployments, and AppExchange package releases.
• Support AppExchange app listing, manage Salesforce security reviews, and address review feedback and compliance requirements.
• Design and deliver demos and proof-of-concepts, including AI-based use cases leveraging Salesforce Einstein AI.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for development teams.
• Maintain solution documentation, technical designs, and deployment guides.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
