Associate Software Engineer - .NET

We are looking for individuals with a curious and analytical mindset, previous experience in .NET projects, and a passion for learning to join us as Associate Software Engineers. In this role, you will focus on .NET web-based applications, contributing to the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of innovative, market-leading products in the healthcare domain.

Core Responsibilities and Duties 

• Build high quality, scalable, performant, and secure .NET based applications. 
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code under guidance. 
• Collaborate with team members including leads, architects, BAs, QA, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment. 
• Learn and apply coding standards, design principles, and best practices. 
• Support troubleshooting efforts, analyze issues, and contribute to effective solutions. 
  
  

Qualification and Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science. 
• 6 months - 1 year of experience in designing and building solutions in a .NET based stack. 
• Solid Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts, design principles, and clean coding practices. 
• Basic proficiency in C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, MVC, and Razor pages. 
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, LESS and jQuery. 
• Familiarity with relational databases (preferably MS SQL Server) and ORM tools (Entity Framework, EF Core). 
• Understanding of relational database management systems, preferably MSSQL Server. 
• Familiarity with design principles, patterns, best practices and clean coding techniques. 
• Familiar with DevOps CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, containers. 
• Strong problem-solving ability, eagerness to learn, and excellent communication skills. 
• Experience in React (preferred).
