Associate Software Engineer

Role Overview
We're looking for an Associate Software Engineer to join our full-stack development team. You'll work across multiple technology stacks, contribute to AI-powered applications, and collaborate with experienced developers on diverse client projects.
Responsibilities

• Work with AI code agents and integrate LLM-powered features into applications
• Develop and maintain web applications using Python, Node.js, React, Next.js, and Laravel
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with team members on architecture decisions and code reviews
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack
• Participate in client meetings and communicate technical concepts clearly
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices

Qualifications

Requirements
Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python and Node.js for backend development
• Experience with React and Next.js for frontend development
• Working knowledge of Laravel/PHP (Optional)
• Familiarity with AI code agents (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar tools)
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with REST APIs and database management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from FAST-NUCES or COMSATS University
• Minimum 6 months of professional or internship experience in software development
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Communication

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
