REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 5+ years
- Hands-on experience working with Ceridian Dayforce across multiple modules.
- Strong functional knowledge of HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Workforce Management processes.
- Proven experience with Dayforce configuration, workflows, pay policies, scheduling, and security.
- Experience supporting Dayforce integrations (APIs, SFTP, imports/exports, XML/JSON).
- Solid understanding of HR/Payroll data structures, compliance requirements, and audit practices.
- Experience managing end-to-end delivery including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and production support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Dayforce certification(s) preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Writing and reviewing great quality code
- Configure, maintain, and support Ceridian Dayforce HCM modules including Core HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, Benefits, and Recruiting.
- Analyze business requirements in collaboration with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Operations, and IT stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into effective Dayforce configurations, workflows, pay rules, schedules, and security roles.
- Lead or support Dayforce implementations, module rollouts, enhancements, and new feature enablement.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.
- Support ongoing system maintenance, upgrades, and Dayforce release management activities.
- Design, maintain, and support integrations between Dayforce and external systems using APIs, SFTP, and file-based interfaces.
- Perform data loads, audits, reconciliations, and validations to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain Dayforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational and leadership needs.
- Conduct regression testing, support UAT, and assist with production deployments.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and change requests.
- Provide functional and technical guidance, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams and end users.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
