Associate Staff Engineer - IBM ACE Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain integration flows using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE / IIB).
• Build and optimize message flows, ESQL, Java Compute Nodes, and mapping nodes.
• Integrate applications across REST/SOAP APIs, MQ, Kafka, JDBC, FTP/SFTP, and other enterprise systems.
• Develop message models using DFDL, XML Schema, JSON schema, etc.
• Implement error handling, logging, transaction management, and exception handling in integration flows.
• Work with IBM MQ, message queues, topics, and publish/subscribe patterns.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, and deployment across environments.
• Collaborate with architects and business teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Package and deploy ACE applications using BAR files, CI/CD, and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance in integration solutions.
• Provide production support, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis for integration services.
