The Opportunity:
- Manage all aspects of Direct Shipment operations, including securing direct orders through the Reverse PO process, executing container diversions, issuing return authorizations, and responding to inbound inquiries.
- Conduct Reverse PO simulations to develop containerized orders aligned with customer forecasts and business requirements.
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to confirm and secure orders based on Reverse PO simulation results.
- Monitor and track orders throughout the end-to-end process to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.
- Enhance order visibility and operational performance by preparing and sharing reports on direct shipment rates and on-time delivery metrics.
- Execute container diversions and manage return authorizations to support timely delivery and cost optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement by partnering cross-functionally to identify and implement process and system enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or relevant field.
- Bilingual in English and Korean.
- Strong relationship builder.
- Excellent data analysis skills.
- Outstanding communications skills.
- Solid business acumen.
