The Preowned Sales Manager is responsible for optimizing sales and profitability while overseeing and managing the operations of our preowned vehicle department. The Preowned Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales, achieving targets and ensuring an exceptional guest experience by providing leadership and effective business practices. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in automotive sales and a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales of preowned vehicles.
- Manage inventory levels and pricing to maximize profitability.
- Hire, train and develop a team of automotive sales consultants.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Direct and schedule the activities of department employees and monitor performance to ensure individual and department goals are achieved.
- Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Preowned Manager - highline preferred
- Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record
Pay: $208,400 to $231,600 per year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including salary, commissions, bonuses, benefits (vacation and sick), etc. Employees in this position will be paid a base annual salary of $60,000. Commissions are expected to range from $80,000 to $120,600 per year based on performance.
