In this critical role, you will ensure the quality, safety, and clinical reliability of advanced healthcare software used in radiation oncology. • Lead end-to-end quality assurance processes, including rigorous testing, validation, and release readiness for AutoContour software
• Execute verification and validation protocols to ensure product performance, accuracy, and compliance with clinical standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical or clinical issues during development and deployment
• Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance usability, functionality, and system performance
• Support regulatory documentation efforts, including requirements definition, risk analysis, and test case documentation
• Partner with customer-facing teams to assist with implementation challenges and ensure smooth adoption in clinical environments

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a clinical medical physicist or dosimetrist with hands-on use of AutoContour or similar tools
• Strong background in radiation therapy treatment planning and image registration techniques (rigid and deformable)
• Proven experience in validation, verification, and quality assurance within a clinical or medical software environment
• Familiarity with AAPM Task Group recommendations related to contouring and imaging workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in high-stakes environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and clinical teams
• Experience with programming or development tools (such as C# or Visual Studio) is a plus
• Prior exposure to product testing, QA processes, or customer support in healthcare technology is preferred
