Job Title: Automation Engineer

About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive Automation Engineer who is a strategic thinker and problem solver when it comes to optimizing workflows—someone who can design and deliver impactful automation solutions to solve workflow inefficiencies. This role focuses on automating Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, and Operations functions across the firm and keeping up with best automation and AI tools This role requires a use of RPA, n8n, Python, and JavaScript (Node.js) scripting.

What You’ll Do

Analyze and synthesize workflows across teams to design scalable, reliable automations.
Build and maintain robust automation pipelines using RPA tools (n8n preferred) and scripting in Python OR JavaScript (Node.js).
Own end-to-end automation projects that reduce manual effort and improve process efficiency in Sales and Recruiting/HR.
Develop simple webhooks in Node.js when needed to enhance integrations (preferred but not mandatory).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into maintainable automation solutions.Monitor and optimize automation reliability and performance continuously.

What You Bring

Strong experience in RPA tools, especially n8n, with solid scripting skills in Python OR JavaScript (Node.js).
Proven track record automating workflows in Sales and Recruiting/HR environments.
Comfortable or willing to write simple Node.js webhooks for event-driven automation.
Strategic mindset to design solutions with scalability and maintainability in mind.Clear communicator with cross-team collaboration skills.

Bonus Points

Experience with API integrations (REST/GraphQL), authentication, and error handling.
Familiarity with other automation platforms such as Zapier or Make.
Knowledge of data validation, normalization, and best practices in workflow orchestration
