What this role is about

Insider One’s AWS and Meta Alliance Manager will drive Insider One’s growth through AWS & Meta by performing day-to-day Alliance Management activities to ensure Insider One is on track to meet and exceed the annual business plans with both of these strategic partners.

You will work cross-functionally across product, marketing, sales and partnership teams, to help in the execution of go-to-market strategies and programs to continue to elevate Insider One’s position with Meta & AWS. This role requires a thorough understanding of Insider One’s product capabilities, sales processes and Insider One’s joint value proposition with AWS & Meta to drive mutual growth.

What You Will Do

  • Co-own joint global business plans (including Sales & Marketing plans) with your counterparts at the partners
  • Collaborate with the partner PDMs from AWS and Meta on GTM planning & track progress to plan
  • Drive AWS marketplace adoption across all the regions within Insider One
  • Be accountable for updating Insider One listing and partner directory
  • Be accountable for AWS FTR (Functional Technical Reviews) and collaborate with Insider One DevOps team for on-time completion
  • Be accountable for maintaining Meta BSP Premier Tier pre-requisites
  • Keep deal registrations up to date on both AWS and Meta portal particularly for larger deals
  • Manage partner program certification questionnaires by collaborating with (seeking inputs) relevant teams (e.g., security, product, sales, solution consulting & sales enablement teams)
  • Collaborate with Insider One regional partnership & sales teams to drive strategic growth initiatives with Meta and AWS globally
  • Collaborate with Insider One Regional Field Marketers to engage with AWS & Meta to plan for joint activation at key industry events & trade shows (including but not limited to, NRF, Shoptalk, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the partners to get Insider One invited to key events hosted by AWS and Meta globally
  • Collaborate with Insider One Product, Sales and Partnership teams to maintain training & certification compliance for both AWS and Meta partnerships
  • Leverage AWS & Meta to increase Insider One’s brand awareness globally
  • Ensure all the adjacent organizations within Insider One (Product, Sales, Marketing, Solution Consulting & Customer Success teams) are continually kept informed of progress to plan
  • What You Will Need

  • BS/BA degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Engagement platforms preferred
  • Deep familiarity with joint value proposition of Insider One partnering with AWS (for Cloud Hyperscale) and Meta (for Business Messaging)
  • High analytical skills and ability to quickly understand complex issues and develop/apply simplifying frameworks to facilitate broader organizational understanding, decision-making and action.
  • Ability to establish clear targets with the partners and develop plans and objectives to achieve those targets
  • Output oriented with very strong ability to personally create high quality, customer-facing content including presentations and datasheets
  • Excellent project management skills; able to effectively manage multiple ongoing projects to meet deadlines
  • Experience with B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) business model
  • Experience in marketing technology space preferred but not required
  • Alliance management experience
