Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end B2C / E-Commerce fulfillment operations (Inbound, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Returns)
- Oversee cosmetics-specific handling requirements (SKU control, lot/expiration management, packaging quality)
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing through WMS-based operations
- Monitor and improve key operational KPIs (Order accuracy, SLA, productivity, cycle time)
- Manage warehouse staff and daily labor planning
- Coordinate with customer service and brand partners on order issues and escalations
- Support new B2C customer onboarding and operational setup
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2C / E-Commerce warehouse or fulfillment operations
- Hands-on experience in cosmetics, beauty, or consumer goods fulfillment
- Strong understanding of B2C order processing workflows
- Experience using WMS systems for inventory and order management
- Proven ability to manage on-site staff and operational performance
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting DTC, Shopify, Amazon, or omnichannel fulfillment
- Knowledge of cosmetics compliance requirements
(lot tracking, expiration date control, returns handling) - Experience in fast-paced, high-SKU B2C environments
- Process improvement or new operation setup experience
- Business-level English communication skills
The base pay range for this role is between $90,000 - $120,000 per Salary, and your base pay will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
