We are recruiting a leader for our Italian B2C Sales Team, based in our modern offices in the heart of Barcelona Depending on experience, this role will be appointed at one of two levels:
Team Leader – a player–coach role, spending approximately 50% of time selling and 50% leading and coaching others
Sales Manager – a pure people-management role, focused on developing the team, driving performance, and shaping sales strategy
One appointment will be made, with responsibilities and seniority aligned to the successful candidate’s profile.
Working closely with Marketing and the EU B2C Sales Director, you will play a key role in driving growth in this strategically important market.
Key responsibilities (scope varies by level)
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Italian-speaking Sales Consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets
Foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture built on accountability, learning, and continuous improvement
Use sales data and KPIs (leads, conversion, revenue, productivity, quality) to monitor performance and identify opportunities
Work closely with Marketing to improve lead quality, align campaigns, and optimise conversion
Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members
Share clear, data-driven insights with senior stakeholders
At Team Leader level, this role includes significant hands-on selling. At Sales Manager level, the focus is entirely on people leadership and performance management.
Qualifications
About you
You are commercially driven and motivated by developing others. You enjoy using data to improve performance and creating a positive, results-focused sales environment.
You’ll also bring:
Native-level Italian and strong English (additional languages a plus)
Proven experience in B2C or direct sales
Either:
Experience leading or coaching others (Team Leader level),
Or
Experience managing a sales team (Sales Manager level)
Confidence using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and analysing sales performance data
A coaching mindset combined with a strong results focus
