The team is dedicated to building innovative, impactful user-facing features that bring fans closer than ever to their favourite artists and help drive Premium growth, especially in emerging markets. Our mission is to deepen fan engagement and unlock new value for true fans through experiences.
As a new and fast-moving team, we balance exploration with hands-on implementation, offering plenty of opportunities to take ownership and drive initiatives of all sizes. Collaboration is key to our culture—because we operate in a highly ambiguous space, we look for people who are excited to navigate uncertainty, self-motivated to find clarity, and eager to work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers.
