In conjunction with the Restaurant Manager the Food and Beverage bartender must ensure that all guest expectations are exceeded on a daily basis by providing crisp, thoughtful, efficient food and beverage service to all guests throughout the Abu Dhabi Golf Club. The Bartender must ensure all beverages served are as per the guidelines set out by the Restaurant Manager and or Director of Food and Beverage.
NATURE & SCOPE: Must have a complete understanding of all beverages available, beverage ingredients and preparation methods along with all operational and culinary service standards. Must also have a complete understanding of the culinary offers with the outlet.
