We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic Behavior Technician to work in Santa Fe, NM! You'll provide 1:1 support to children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), guided by a supervising BCBA.

Whether you're an experienced RBT or have a background in ABA or childcare and are ready to get certified—we'll support you every step of the way with paid training, mentorship, and a caring team environment.

What You’ll Do:

✨ Work directly with clients to implement personalized ABA treatment plans
✨ Use positive, evidence-based strategies to support communication and daily living skills
✨ Collect data to track progress and celebrate success
✨ Provide engaging and safe sessions in a supportive environment
✨ Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and teammates
✨ Maintain documentation in compliance with HIPAA

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Certified RBTs highly encouraged to apply
✅ ABA or childcare experience also welcomed (training pay available while becoming certified)
✅ Strong communication and organization skills
✅ Patience, empathy, and commitment to helping others
✅ Comfortable working weekday [Hours]
