Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with their arrivals and departures, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome
• Manage luggage handling and coordinate transportation logistics for guests
• Oversee the maintenance of the Bell Desk and ensure it is stocked with necessary supplies
• Train and lead the Bell team in delivering exceptional service
• Provide insightful information about the hotel amenities and local attractions

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Bell Captain or similar role in a luxury hotel is essential
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent, with hospitality training preferred
