Benugo - Café Team Leader - Victoria & Albert Museum
We’re looking for a Team Leader to help lead our amazing crew at Victoria & Albert Museum Cafe and ensure our guests have a memorable dining experience every time!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of front-line staff to provide top-notch service.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere for both staff and guests.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care.
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are met consistently.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
Qualifications
About the Team Leader role:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments with ease.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
We Offer:
Rate: up to £13.50 per hour
Contract: Full time/ Permanent
