About Tavily

We're building the infrastructure layer for agentic web interaction at scale. Our API is designed from the ground up to power Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and real-time reasoning in AI systems. By connecting LLMs to high-quality, trustworthy web content, we help developers build agents that are not only intelligent but also informed.

We work with some of the most innovative teams in AI — from small startups shaping the ecosystem to the largest enterprises deploying AI at scale. Whether it’s powering sales assistants, research copilots, or internal knowledge tools, we’re the missing link between LLMs and the real world.

The Role

We’re looking for a BI Developer to join Tavily and turn complex, fragmented business data into clear insights that drive strategy and growth. You’ll build well-structured datasets, optimize our data architecture, and collaborate across teams to enable faster, smarter, data-driven decisions.

  • Design, develop, and manage scalable BI solutions to improve business analytics performance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business owners and engineers, to provide high-quality data solutions

  • Identify development needs with stakeholders and translate them into DWH (Data Warehouse) solutions

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all data stakeholders, providing both technical and business support

  • Take full responsibility for data integrity, collection, and utilization as an active gatekeeper

  • Work with advanced tools such as Airflow, dbt, and Snowflake to build and maintain efficient data pipelines

What You Bring

  • At least 3 years of experience as a BI Developer (ETL, DWH)

  • Strong business understanding with technical data modeling abilities

  • Proven experience in designing and presenting dashboards

  • Expertise in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for performance

  • Experience with data orchestration and monitoring tools

  • A proactive “doer” mindset, focused on translating challenges into actionable results

Nice To Have

  • Experience with data orchestration tools such as Airflow

  • Experience with Snowflake data warehouses

  • Familiarity with BI visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
