About the Role:
As a Manager of Bosta Documents, you will be responsible for leading the sales team focused on acquiring corporate clients for our documents shipping service. You will drive revenue growth, expand our corporate portfolio, and position our documents product as the fastest, most reliable solution in the market. You will manage a team of B2B acquisition specialists, set clear targets, and ensure strong execution across the entire sales funnel.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Documents Sales Team responsible for corporate acquisitionSet monthly and quarterly team targets and ensure achievement of all KPIsIdentify, prospect, and close new corporate clients for our documents delivery serviceConduct joint field visits, sales presentations, and high-level meetings with decision-makersBuild and maintain a strong corporate sales pipeline for documents shippingSupport the team in negotiations and closing dealsCollaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to support the documents verticalMonitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviewsDevelop sales strategies and account plans to expand our corporate footprintTrack market trends, competitor movements, and new opportunities in the documents segmentEnsure all sales activities and client records are accurately updated in CRM systemsDrive continuous improvement in sales processes and team productivity
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales (preferably in courier, logistics, delivery, or service-based industries)Previous experience leading a team or supervising sales staffProven track record in acquiring and closing corporate clientsVery good English communication skills, spoken and writtenHaving a car and a valid driving license is a mustStrong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to set targets, manage performance, and drive team results , Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in afast-paced environment
