BPS Engineer

• Deploy appropriate BPS & CIP tools by providing training & coaching to all organization levels
• Moderate system improvement workshop to drive the development of lean value stream
• Perform BPS Maturity Assessments periodically to evaluate plant’s maturity level
• Support to create I4.0 blueprint with integration of BPS principles
• Moderate VSDiA workshop to design a waste-free process for functional departments
• Interface with external BPS, Digitalization & CIP organizations for exchanging best practice

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor or Master ’s degree in Industrial engineering or Logistics/Supply chain management or related major

Working Experience:

• Lean implementation experience, familiar with BPS is a plus
• Working experience in industrial company, cooperated with shopfloor leaders  
• Project management experience
• Experience in providing training, coaching and moderation skill
• Have work experience in international enterprises is preferred

Knowledge/Skills :         

• Good lean Production/ Logistics and Six Sigma basic knowledge
• Familiar with Manufacturing / Logistics processes knowledge
• Good social competence with strong cooperation, presentation & communication skills
• Good analytical skill and structured working style
• High leadership competence, ability to inspire, empathize and motivate the team
• Good knowledge in MS Excel, Word & Visio, strong knowledge in PPT

Language Skill :

• Good in English, verbal & written
