Develop and execute brand awareness strategies across paid channels (Display, Video, Social, Native, Direct Publisher Deals);
Plan media mix and allocate budgets to maximize reach and frequency efficiency;
Launch and manage campaigns across platforms (TikTok, DV360, programmatic networks, YouTube, etc.);
Ensure proper tracking of awareness KPIs (impressions, reach, frequency, viewability, VTR);
Optimize campaigns based on CPM, reach, frequency, and engagement metrics;
Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies;
Analyze performance and generate actionable insights;
Prepare reports on reach, CPM, frequency, and cross-channel performance;
Collaborate with creative team to brief, test, and improve ad creatives;
Identify high-performing messaging, formats, and angles;
Test new traffic sources, formats, and tools;
Monitor market trends and competitor activity;
Manage budgets and ensure efficient spend pacing;
Negotiate with external partners: securing cost-effective rates for high-visibility ad placements to maximize reach.
2+ years of experience in media buying (focus on brand awareness or upper-funnel campaigns);
Hands-on experience with key platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, DV360, or programmatic networks);
Strong understanding of brand metrics (CPM, reach, frequency, viewability, VTR);
Experience working with multi-channel campaigns and media mix planning;
Proven track record of launching and optimizing campaigns at scale;
Experience with A/B testing and performance-driven optimization;
Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable decisions;
Experience with reporting and performance evaluation across channels;
Strong collaboration skills with creative and analytics teams;
Experience as R&D media buyer (BA & Performance-based) will be a plus - explore and test new traffic sources, ad formats, and platforms (networks, DSPs, emerging channels);
Experience with LATAM markets will be a HUGE plus.
