Brand Manager

As the brand manager of a family favourite national hospitality brand, you will shape and deliver brand strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive growth within your brand

Qualifications

Your role as Brand Manager

• Develop and maintain a 3–5 year brand plan informed by insights and strategic goals
• Create and prioritise an 18-month roadmap of brand initiatives to boost engagement
• Partner with marketing teams to design integrated campaign calendars aligned with objectives
• Oversee brand guidelines and visual identity across all channels
• Build and manage long-term partnerships that strengthen brand reputation

What you’ll bring… 

• Proven experience in brand management or brand marketing
• Strong ability to develop and execute strategic plans
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of customer journey optimisation and campaign development
• A creative and analytical mindset with attention to detail
